ABOUT US: Overland Eye Associates is a practice with a long and successful history of service to the Overland community. In January of 1960, Drs. Eugene Mobley and Thomas Levene combined the practices of their fathers to begin a new joint practice on 9553 Lackland Road in Overland, Missouri. Drs. Mobley and Levene practiced together as partners until the retirement of Dr. Levene in 1986. Dr. Mobley continued the optometry practice as a solo practitioner until the invitation was extended to Dr. Daniel Seibert to join him in 1992. Dr. Seibert worked for Dr. Mobley for one year and then in July of 1993 acquired the practice from Dr. Mobley. The legacy of professionalism and dedication to the eyecare needs of the patients instituted by Drs. Mobley and Levene was an important foundational influence on the continuing character of the practice.

In September of 2005 the practice was moved from its 45 years of service at 9553 Lackland to newly expanded office space on 2040 Woodson Road, Suite 100 in Overland, Missouri. The practice name was newly established as Overland Eye Associates, with the tradition of quality, personalized, professional eyecare continuing to be emphasized.
